There were two metro stations nearby. The one most used was a short walk away, the other a 20 min walk. Walk past this another 10 min and you reach the Seine River Batobus staton if you are doing river hop on/off. The front door required a pass key to enter and there was someone at the front desk till 10 pm. There was a free hot beverage machine for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There is no air con but the window opens. We faced into the middle courtyard and it was quiet except for one night when people were there talking. Minimal sound heard from other rooms so quiet for sleeping. The kitchenette is convenient if you want to prepare your own meals.

The position of citadines Austerlitz is perfect for visiting Paris. The room is big considering it is in Paris and allows you to work inside. The picture reflects what you find in a minimalist space with a minimum inside for a nice stay.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Saba and Guillerme were very prompt, attentive, and friendly. Really good customer service. Location is not bad. Fairly close to 2 metro stations, so it is very convenient.

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic, with two metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-heated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt very safe, especially for women, and getting to the airport by public transport was straightforward. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

The location was less than 5 minutes away from a metro stop in a safe and quiet area. The rooms were quite large with an equipped kitchenette. Everything was clean as well and the bed was quite large and comfortable with a warm duvet!

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Close to Metro stations. It rained often while we were there and it was nice that the hotel had umbrellas to lend us.

The hotel is well connected via metro to the main attractions of the city. The studio was well equipped for two people, the bed quite comfortable and the amenities as described. There's complementary coffee and water in the lobby, and the staff was super nice. In the vecinity of the hotel you can find supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries.

The place was good overall, the staff was very nice and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. The kitchen wasn't the newest, but it had what we needed and there was a supermarket nearby.

We had a great stay here - great facilities, super comfy bed and a decent location. The free coffee and water in the lobby was a particular highlight for an afternoon pick-me-up after long mornings traipsing around the city before heading out again in the evening.
